Professor Philip Marriott is an Australian Laureate Fellow and the Deputy Director of the Australian Centre for Research on Separation Science (ACROSS) at Monash University, Australia. He is a global authority on comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography (GC×GC) and multidimensional gas chromatography (MDGC). His pioneering research focuses on developing and applying advanced GC techniques for the complex analysis of volatile and semi-volatile compounds in fields such as food science, metabolomics, environmental analysis, and natural products.
