EXHIBITOR SERVICE INFO will be emailed directly to you from Chrom Expo Services (612-328-6586). They will help coordinate shipping and any additional booth furnishings.   Each booth comes with drapes, one-line booth ID sign with booth number, skirted eight foot table, 2 chairs, 2 box lunches for Wednesday and 2 lunches with the attendees on Thursday.


ELECTRICITY for your booth needs to be ordered directly from the Heritage Center of Brooklyn Center. A form will be provided in the email from Chrom Expo Services (alternatively, you may go to the HCBC website at https://heritagecenter.mn/ to contact them directly).

 Wednesday, June 11:
Vendor Setup - 9:00am to Noon
Exhibits Open - Noon to 6:00pm
​Vendor Seminars - 2:30 to 5:00pm
Reception in Exhibition Hall - 3:30 to 6:00pm

Thursday, June 12:
Exhibits Open - 10:00am to 4:30pm
Symposium - 7:30am to 5:00pm
Door Prize Drawing & MCF Board Elections - 4:00 to 4:30pm
Vendor Teardown: 4:30 to 6:00pm

VENDOR SEMINARS: Vendor Seminars this year will be in the afternoon on Wednesday, June 11. Please let us know if you would like to present a seminar by providing the Seminar Title, Presenter, and Abstract by Friday, May 30. Note: Vendors are limited to a maximum of three vendor seminars.
